Appointment Deposit Policy (Effective April 1st)

We value your time and your pet's care, and we reserve dedicated appointment slots for every patient. Missed or last-minute cancellations make it difficult for us to offer that time to another pet in need. This policy allows us to serve our community more effectively while maintaining the level of care you expect from us.

Beginning April 1st, all appointments will require a deposit at the time of scheduling.

This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your pet's visit.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with 24+ hours' notice: Deposit will be refunded or applied to a future visit
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments: Deposit will be forfeited
